This glass is specially manufactured for Wood burning, Multi fuel stoves and Gas fires. It will withstand temperatures in excess of 600°C. It will get very hot and will burn you if touched during operation.

It will not break with heat – There is no guarantee on any  of our heat resistant glass. It will break like normal glass if subjected to mechanical damage or over tightening of the retaining clamps. The bolts or screws need to be finger right only.

The Glass may craze or discolor when subjected to certain types of fuels. Do not use fire cement. Always use the correct rope seals.
